Kid’s Art Project: Pet Rocks for the Garden – by Sarah the Printmaker
A fun summer time art project for kids… create pet rocks for your flower garden. Hike to find the perfect collection of rocks, don’t forget your bucket! Have the kids wash them in the sink, then use water based acrylic paints to paint fun pictures or colors on the rocks. Make a cool collage of art in your garden, or hide the rocks for a fun surprise.
Enjoy your summer!

We’re Growing!
As a Family & a Business…
What a busy year! After a 6+ year endeavor, my husband Tim & I gave birth to our first child Hayden Henry on October 13, 2013. Now eight months old, he is a very happy, healthy, & SMILEY boy… who loves to help with the business…
In order to spend more time with my favorite little man, I have hired a couple assistants: Ann Wilbert is my new bookkeeping pro (as well as a very talented Lampwork Glass Artist) and Christine Stoppa is my new part time Sales & Marketing Director. Both live here in the Bozeman Area and have been a great help, keeping the business running smoothly during this time of “transition”.
As Spring turns into Summer, I am busy working away on some new prints & products… but also hope to leave some time for outdoor adventures in our vintage camper!
Thank you all so much for your continued interest in my artwork… and I always welcome questions, comments, or ideas!
Enjoy the Summer ~ Sarah

One of my favorite places… Park Point
My husband and I moved to Bozeman, Montana just over 7 years ago from Duluth, Minnesota. Duluth is one of my favorite places on earth, especially Park Point. Officially known as Minnesota Point, Park Point is a long narrow piece of land that stretches 7 miles into Lake Superior. It has beautiful sandy beaches, and quirky houses that line either side of it’s sand covered street.
About this time of year, I often dream of walking the beaches of Park Point on a warm summer’s day. Strolling the shore looking for beach glass with the wind in my hair and my toes in the chilly water sounds like perfection…
The love of Park Point is what inspired me to create this beach print a few years back.
So simple and serene, I tried to capture the peaceful beauty of this place.
As you can see from this Beach Cam link provided by a Bed & Breakfast on Park Point (attached below), the beach is waiting, and it’s fun to dream of warm sand and gently crashing waves as summer is just beginning!
